I have posted about a Wealth Building Club that I am involved with, and the fact that you can earn, and learn at the same time.  However, I did receive a comment by someone who accused me of writing on hype.  Oh, he is so wrong.

I just left one of the training workshops done through a webinar platform.  Not only can you hear, but you can see what is being taught, as well as ask questions at the end.  Tonight is a training workshop.  AT NO CHARGE, nonmembers were allowed to attend, and leave with new or additional knowledge which they can apply to any business other venture. Where is the hype?  

The training tonight, involves a Free traffic program which drives over 7000 people a day to our Founder's website, for free.  This tool does take work, does take some time until you get use to using it.  It also involves writing an article.  Since not everybody is a writer, WCN is having special training to help those, who want or need it. write an article, or maybe a better article.  Something like this is great for bloggers as well.

This program, takes one article and sends it to 30 different sites if you are a Free member.  A pro member will have their article sent to 90 different web sites for free.  This is a Free program.  You can watch a video tutorial, which I personally did not care for.  There is also a guide which you can download and I consider that to be okay, but not great.  The problem is that they, both, show you what to do, but do not go into detail, or show you what happens if you make a mistake, nor extra pointers such as the most valuable keywords, that would apply to our site, or having any online business.  You can write about any subject that is not against their TOS.  This program works well with Firefox,  so so with Opera, and absolutely horrible with Internet Explorer.  But then again, IE  has gotten so bad, that almost nothing works well with it.  So everything that is lacking in their own How to video and guide, we get through our professional, SEO during training workshops.  Then, if we miss that workshop, or maybe miss something, forget something, WCN has a library for us, so that we can go in and review the workshop, as it was given.

So, you may ask, how does this system take one article and send it to 30 or even 90 other sites. You do this through article spinning and submitting the article.  You also have a long list of sites, from which you choose where your article will go.  However, if you write a great recipe, you cannot send the article to a finance site.  The sites you choose have to be relevant to what you have written about.  But, there is a way to help compensate for that if you are trying to promote your website which has nothing to do with food or cooking.    But, you can learn that through our workshops as well.  I have provided the link below.  So, I just gave some more HYPE I suppose.  I am also providing the link to our Wealth Building club, where we are not a business, but a wealth building club, and we learn internet marketing for free from a professional, and earn at the same time.  You can also go to our WCN website, look around, actually listen to one of our webinars and join for free. 

One more tip, for those who want to use this system.  Post your article in your blogs, Hub pages, whatever site you use, before you post it in Free Traffic System.  The only thing that this system does not do, is track your hits on your articles.  You can see when your article was posted, and where it was posted, according to your choices.  Another tip:  They are picky, so everything has to be perfect.  Spacing, etc cannot be off, or your article will be rejected.  If rejected, you must send a request for FTS to delete your article so that you may resubmit it.  Otherwise, if you do not do it that way, it will be rejected as a duplicate article even though they rejected the original.  I have been told, to not be surprised if multiple articles are rejected in the beginning.  Once you have the spinning down pat, and know how to use the system correctly all will be fine.  But unlike nonmembers, we have someone who can review our articles if they get rejected, to tell us what is wrong, and how to correct any problems  with them, FOR FREE!!!!  Once your article is submitted, it can take several days before you see if they have accepted it or not. 

Some important reminders as well are:  The article must be 450 words. Free Traffic System has a built in counter, so it does count the words.  Another issue is that the system is on a timer.  So, if you do not have everything completed, and the article submitted within 45 minutes, the system will shut down, and your work is lost. The best thing to do, is to type your article, and spin it in notepad or word. If you do not  have word, then you can use notepad but you cannot do spell check, and some other tasks there.  Word processor is no good,  So if you do  not have word go to  a free download, "open office.org.  This is not word, but very similar to it, and it is free!  

Oh, the TRAFFIC SYSTEM I an talking about, is FREE TRAFFIC SYSTEM!!!  So, I guess I will end the hype until later.

There are many of us who are trying to earn extra income.  One of the pitfalls is that there are multiple business opportunities, as well as other programs which are to provide you with an income.  Most of these offers is that they are trying to sell you something.  Another problem is that when you receive that phone call, after you filled out an online form, you are required to listen to a tape, then passed on to another person who continues the “pitch.”  This means, that there is a catch to the offer.

1.  You are often required to pay several hundred dollars so that you can promote their business.  Of course, they will give you a cookie cutter web site, and probably charge another $40 or more a month for, what they call, web hosting.    This is ridiculous, because you can create a web site, obtain web hosting, and a domain name for less than $40 a year in most cases.
2.  Why should you pay to promote their business?  They tell you it is because you are going to earn money as well.  So, does this mean if you go out and get a job, you pay your employer?  I think not.

3.  Oh, then there is that refund pitch.  The catch to this is that you are told verbally about refunds. Yet, when you try to get yours, you do not qualify.  Most of these companies put their refund policy somewhere on their site, and make it difficult to find.  However, you should read the “Terms of Service Agreement”, which is where the details you were not told about is located.  There was a company, which I got involved with, and they actually provided a “cancellation of account button.”  However, if you used that button to cancel, you also gave up your refund.  Now, isn’t that a nifty little gadget used to rip you off.  I found the “REAL REFUND POLICY” hidden on the website.

Remember, there isn’t an overnight get rich plan out there.  If there was, we would all be rich.  If you have to invest money in order to participate in a business opportunity; run, don’t walk, as fast as you can.  This company is making money off of every person who pays them to do the same as you are.  

If you are a newbie, like me; I will point you to something I found on the Internet.  It is a blog, loaded with information.  The author also has some informational links as well.  However, I have not received any junk mail as a result of reading this blog.  The name of the blog is “Work At Home Guide.”  I loved it.

There are ways to earn residual income without taking food off of your table to do so.  There is Internet marketing training for Free, as well. Just because a will exists, it does not mean that the work has been done. Unfortunately, there is much more to handling an estate, than dividing up belongings according to the will.


First of all, I am  not an attorney.  In fact, I am not in the legal field.  However, I do know, first hand, that a will is not enough, nor is it the end of all of the problems, which occur, when our loved one passes away.  I not implying, in any way, that a will is not necessary.  In fact, a will can help avoid a lot of problems.  This article is about what happens, or could happen when our loved one passes away.  Why would someone write an article on this topic if they are not an attorney you ask!  Why?  I am writing this article because my loved one passed away suddenly.  We had documents such as power of attorney, medical power of attorney, and the will already written, signed, sealed, and delivered.  But, I have found out, those documents are only the beginning, not the end of potential headaches, and the work that is needed, after a loved one passes away.


Secondly, a will should designate someone who is to be the executor of the will. The executor is the one who is in charge of carrying out the wishes, as stated, in the will by the deceased.  However, there is another person, which is called the “administrator of the will,who, once the will is registered, has to go through a legal process, which gives them the responsibility to make sure creditors are notified, debts are paid, and that the estate is settled.  Now, suppose there is not any great wealth to be had by anyone.  The estate needs to be settled.  In some states, the banks, even if there is another person named on the bank account, that partnership ends, when one dies. More than likely, the bank is going to require you to jump through hoops, place the old account into a new account, “estate account” which cannot be touched until the estate is settled.


The next few things involve taxes.Yes taxes.  There is an Inheritance Tax, the filing of taxes with IRS, and maybe the state where the resident presided. Every person who benefits from the will, needs to know if they are going to be required to pay any tax on what they inherited, and how much. If there is a pending lawsuit, this is another headache as well.  The will should also designate as to who will receive the settlement from this case, if it is won.


I have a few suggestions to make, which should be done prior to death:


•Designate a Power of Attorney. Designate a Medical Power of Attorney even if you have a living will. A living will is only a document which expresses your wishes,in event you are unable to make medical decisions on your own.  Unless there is a medical power of attorney, those taking care of you, etc, will not have a leg to stand on with doctors or the hospital. According to HIPPA, they are not entitled to your medical information, to make decisions for you.


• Be prepared for greedy kids, and relatives to instantly get the “I Am Entitled Syndrome”. Although it is expensive to contest a will, remember, greed does funny things to people.Keep the original will in a safe place, such as a bank safety deposit box. Keep a copy hidden away at home. Give another copy to a trusted friend, or your clergyman.


•When the will is written and signed, have someone video tape the process, including the conversation between you and your attorney, to show others, such as a judge, that your will is written exactly as you intended it to be written.  But most of all, nobody can argue whether or not you were coherent at the time, with a video, which proves that you had your mental faculties, when you signed your will.


•Upon death, every person that is to be dealt with is going to want a copy of the will, and the death certificate. They are also going to want proof, as to who the administrator of the will is. Keep receipts for every expense, funeral, cremation, urns, headstones, bills paid on behalf of the decedent, etc.


•Finally, you will need the assistance of an “Estate” attorney to help you with the handling of the estate.  Call your local Bar Association, who can refer you to a qualified attorney.This will save you time and money.  The consultation, about 30 minutes long, will cost less than $50 in most cases.  It might be a good idea, to have an attorney who does wills, and who does “estate law” as well.   So if you think a living will, and a will is enough,and that an attorney is not needed, think again.
