So Much Stress, So Little Time

Stress, Stress Go Away, Come Back...Uh Never!  Ok, so if you've ever had trouble conceiving, you should know that stress is a BIG factor.  Now, take the fact that I have a stressful job, add in my unemployed husband, then throw in the fact that today, I had to leave my 15 hour shift after only 2 and a half hours because my husband's grandfather died.  I would say that causes A LOT of stress.

Infertility Problems

Hello, readers.  Whether you've read my blog before or this is you're first time, I would like to welcome you.  If you've read my blog before, then you already know that my husband and I have been trying to start a family for the last three years.  So far, nothing has worked.

Oh happy day!  Finally some time off!  I have worked most of the last 72 hours and finally get to spend some time at home, working on earning money online.  So far, nothing.  But at least I get to spend some quality time with my favorite person, that being my husband!

Sooooo tired

It has been a very long couple of days.  Sorry that I didn't get to post yesterday, but I had to work all but 4 hours and was running errands during that time.  Nothing new to really update, just tired from working most of the last 36-48 hours.  Hope you have a good one, and lots of baby dust.

Long, Painful Day

Hi everyone.

Considering that I have only been awake for about 7 hours, today seems awfully long.  For some reason, I have been in a really bad mood today (and no, it is not PMS).  I'm suprised my husband has put up with me.

I think there may be something wrong with me.  I'm not going to go through the LONG list of my symptoms, cause some things just need to be personal, however, they point to either passing a kidney stone or a possible UTI.  I know that I should go to the doctor, no need to tell me.  Unfortunately, my husband is unemployed and we have no health insurance, so we really can't afford for me to see a doctor.  This does not bear well for my chances at getting pregnant.

Rain, Rain Go Away

So it's been raining most of the day.  It does nothing to improve my mood.  Quite the opposite actually.  Rain makes my allergies go crazy and my knees hurt (one was injured a few years ago). 

Still waiting until the end of the month to find out if I am pregnant.  I'm trying to be hopeful, but after so many years of trying, it is hard.  Even with all the crap I put up with growing up, I think this struggle has been the worst.  And trust me that is saying something!

Another Day, Another Struggle

Hi everyone!

So, the day is almost over and I have nothing to show for it.  All I've done all day is relax and do laundry.  Or at least try to relax. 

Shortly after starting this long road to pregnancy, I became tense.  I thought it would come easy, I mean isn't a woman SUPPOSED to get pregnant?  Of course, it is never as easy as you think it should be.   My husband is the only thing that keeps me sane these days.  Between the stress of my job and the stress of trying to get pregnant, I'm a mess.

My Long Struggle

Hi everyone!

First, I want to tell you a little about me.  I mean, who really wants to read a blog without knowing something about the person writing it?  I am 23 years old.  I am happily married to the man of my dreams, who I had dated on and off for 12 years before marrying him last year.  Have you done the math?  Yes, I really have been with the same man since I was 10 years old. 

We have been trying to have a baby for the last 3 years, but so far, no luck.  Every  month equals another negative pregnancy test and more sadness.  After the first year or so, I started reading everything that I could get my hands on about getting pregnant and infertility (I am an avid reader of ANYTHING).  Some had helpful information, some just repeated what I had already learned, and others just didn't make any sense.  Anyway, to make a long story short, so far nothing has worked.

To tell you the truth, I know my weight has something to do with it.  I am overweight, but REFUSE to lose more than a few pounds.  This is because I have been thinner before, and my body is VERY inproportionate.  Being heavier has made me feel more comfortable with myself, because otherwise my hips stick way out and my waist is tiny.  It just looks REALLY weird.  Other than losing weight, I have tried just about everything I could do to try to get pregnant.  At least everything that didn't require medical insurance or tons of money (such as IVF).

As I said before, I have read just about every book and e-book out there and there are some really good ones.  Let me tell you about one of the better books I have found.  It is called Personal Path to Pregnancy.  It is an e-book and you can find it at this site ( http://bit.ly/ab4Ex1).  The author has taken information from her own infertility struggle and incorporated it with information gleaned from MANY different sources.  These include doctors and other books.  Some of her tips you can't find anywhere else, and they really do help to improve your chances of getting pregnant!  Feel free to check out her site, here is that website again: http://bit.ly/ab4Ex1 .
